a new molder, we can provide a turn-key package to insure you get started in the right

Used Presses - We are an industry leader in used press marketing. We work with
top brokers and sometimes our existing clients to find you a press that meets your needs.
We also offer a full line press evaluation and upgrade services to make sure the used
press meets your needs.
Press Relocation services: We offer a full line of press
relocation services that can be custom tailored to fit your needs. From complete turn-key
relocation to just a project management role we can make sure your press relocation,
installation and startup go smooth. We also offer a full line of related services such as
press pit design and construction, press pit cover design to insure the pit cover can
withstand the load of molds and mold handling equipment. Our utility evaluation services
help you confirm that your existing utilities can handle the extra load of another press
or we can design the utility system for a new molding operation. Because of our experience
moving dozens of presses each year, we can help keep the project on time and within
budget. Often the engineering staff of our clients does not have the experience required
to manage the relocation without unexpected issues, delays and costs. When evaluated as a

Our Mobile Press Process Monitor: We use our mobile press
process monitor to get a detailed look at your current molding cycle and develop new
processes. This system gives you a never before seen look into your molding, forming or
stamping process and all the variables that affect a quality product. Our engineers assist
you in identifying and correcting the issues identified. Just think, you will know if
quality problems are the result of press performance, mold condition, material or the
operator.
Additional Services.... Facility Design
We offer a complete line of facility design services. These design services
include process layout and product flow as well as building construction specifications.
We can also specify and layout facility support systems such as electrical power
distribution, compressed air, ventilation, steam supply systems and dust collection. Mold
/die repair and handling systems can also be incorporated into the complete facility
design.
SMC Compounding: Tech Machinery can specify and design complete
SMC/BMC batch systems or design modifications to existing compounding operations. We can
also provide full system layout and facility design to house the compounding operation. If
you need to purchase material from an existing supplier, we can assist in the selection of
the proper compound and help select a material supplier. We also have access on a regular
basis to used compounding equipment that can be used to upgrade your existing system.
Automated Handling and Secondary Operations:We supply automatic
press loading and unloading systems designed to remove labor from the molding operation.
We also supply automatic material slitters with incorporated scale tables to automate the
charge preparation. Our secondary operation designs include drilling, routing and bonding
operations to provide a complete finished product. These systems can be designed with
automatic handling in a complete cell or hand load for lower volume manufacturing. Each
work cell features long proven hardware and part nesting techniques for a repeatable
finished product. We also design universal machining centers that provide a flexible work
cell using water jet technology or multiple head tool changing systems for routing and
drilling operations. From a simple deflash table to a complete product assembly line, we
can meet your material handling and secondary operation needs.
